No experience / No degreeWe are currently recruiting a Part-time Project and Office Administrator for our client, a global consultancy within the energy industry. This role is a part time role (20-30h/w) with WFH days possible and is based in Perth CBD.
The Office Administrator provides administrative support to the team, coordinates travel and visa requirements and oversees the management of the office facilities. You will be reporting to the Managing Director.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Providing confidential administrative support for the organisation.
• Oversee office management including safety, cleaning, catering, building maintenance, office fit out / modifications and office lease files.
• Travel coordination (flights, accommodation, visas, etc.) for the organisation.
• Assistance with finalisation of presentations, reports, CVs and documents.
• Production of periodic internal reports as required.
• Focal point for ensuring that all documentation is identified and filed correctly.
• Data entry to support tenders, accounting or other technical activities.
• Assistance with new starters and leavers.
• Maintain the Admin Manual
• Email and schedule management, tracking of actions for Managing Director.
• Coordination of meeting, hospitality events and conferences.
• Preparation of meeting minutes, processing of expense claims.
• Maintain the contacts database, org chart, floorplan, Staff Movements Tracker,
proposals register, and tenders register.
The successful candidate will be able to display:
• 5 years in an administrative role.
• Problem solving mindset with excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable.
• Expert with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and other administration packages.
