Job Purpose:
To support the Middle East Business Unit by managing recruitment processes across key countries, ensuring the delivery of qualified talent to meet the operational and strategic needs of the Business Centers. Based in Doha, this role acts as the primary point of contact for all recruitment activities within the region.
Tasks and responsabilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for recruitment requests from Business Centers within the BU, focusing on regions such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and other key countries.
- Collaborate closely with local teams to understand the specific staffing requirements, considering ongoing projects and regional contexts.
- Identify and source qualified profiles for technical and strategic roles in the oil and gas industry, utilizing tailored sourcing methods to meet local demands.
- Publish job openings on specialized platforms, internal recruitment tools, and other relevant channels to ensure maximum visibility.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews via email or phone, and ensure that candidates' technical competencies and experience align with the needs of the BCs.
- Maintain regular communication with BCs to validate shortlists, organize interviews, and confirm that selected candidates meet specific project requirements.
- Ensure CV submissions adhere to deadlines and meet the KPIs established by the BU while maintaining a high-quality follow-up process.
- Align candidate salary expectations with project terms and Business Center budgets to achieve mutually acceptable agreements.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to candidate mobilization, including contract management, visa document collection, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update a centralized database accurately, reflecting all interactions with Business Centers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in recruitment in the Oil and Gas industry
Experience in Defining and understanding candidate audiences in which company needs to source and acquire talents.
Fluency in English
