NES Fircroft are currently working with an Oilfield Services company, who are looking for a Personnel Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Tananger on a 7-month contract. 

The purpose of the PLC is to ensure that the identified and scheduled field personnel for the different jobs are provided with sufficient reservations and tickets for travel. This includes transportation to the airport/heliport, necessary accommodations and helicopter flights to the actual rigs and/or sites.

Responsibilities: 
• Execute FSE personnel booking
• Handles all travel and logistics activities, including helibooking, communications on arrangements and system updates
• Handles all medical and training requirements and bookings, including updating certificates in systems.
• Update individual offshore travel and other activities in OCS and FEM
• Dawinci/Vantage registration
• Visa/work permit administration
• Participate in On-Call duty when required.
• Tax reports to payroll UK and Norway tax specialist
• ICER creation, submission, review (UK specific)
• Timesheet checking and processing in FEM and other systems (UK specific)
• Monthly FEM/other systems manual bonus checking (UK specific)
• Register temporary personnel travelling offshore in Norway 
• Prepare and distribute On-Call duty rota for PL (UK Specific)
• PO Requests
