Roles & Responsibilities

· Salary Survey Submission:
· Track all global surveys and provide guidance on backup to other regions as necessary
· Assist in the implementation of a compensation tool, including configuring customized settings to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
· Perform job evaluation and pricing requests using general and industry-specific competitive market data
· Provide administrative support related to our Compensation and Recognition program such as monitoring the Compensation and Rewards inbox, liaising with Accounting to validate accuracy of cost allocations, completing ad-hoc reporting requests, developing Retention letters, etc.
· Provide counsel as needed to Human Resources colleagues on compensation issues; respond to questions applying high customer satisfaction standards
· Provide support during the annual bonus and merit cycle to include various data analyses and maintenance of internal templates.
· Participate as a project member in projects that may arise during the year such as Career Framework
· Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures
· Maintain knowledge of global compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Min. Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance or related field (preferred)
· 3 years of progressive experience in total rewards/compensation
