- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies

- Support internal teams with clerical duties as needed
- Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-organized at all times
Essential skills and knowledge
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role (preferably in Oil & Gas or a corporate environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
