What are you going to do

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Support internal teams with clerical duties as needed
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-organized at all times


Essential skills and knowledge

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role (preferably in Oil & Gas or a corporate environment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
