We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin to join our client, a multinational company with various subsidiaries. This is a permanent role based in Perth CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain employee records and documentation.
• Oversee health & safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate medical checks and maintain related records.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in workforce planning and scheduling.
• Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience with onboarding processes and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
