We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Migration Consultant to join our multinational client with various subsidiaries. This is a permanent role based in Perth CBD. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in migration consultancy, with a strong track record of successfully securing visas for clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various visa subclasses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process visa applications, primarily focusing on subclasses 482, 186, and 400.
• Provide expert advice and assistance with labour agreements and Designated Area Migration Agreements (DAMA).
• Assist with visa subclass 190 and 491 applications as needed.
• Understand and navigate the Education sector skills-related visa processes.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility and provide tailored migration solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Migration Consultant or similar role.
• Registered Migration Agent with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
• Proven experience in handling visa subclasses 482, 186, 400, 190, and 491.
• Strong understanding of labour agreements and DAMA.
• Familiarity with the Education sector skills-related visa processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of cases.
