This position reports to
Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services. The work model for the role is: On site #LI-Onsite Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products factory in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: • Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. • Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas of improvement. • Developing training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provides effective support. • Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications for the role
- You have 1+ years of experience in an administrative position.
- You can communicate easily in English at an intermediate level.
- You have experience with MS Office.
- You have proven experience and capability in managing sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- You have ability to coordinate and follow up on tasks with multiple individuals involved, including different hierarchical levels within the organization.
- If you have a previous experience in an administrative job is desirable.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree completed.
