JOB DESCRIPTION
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Compile standard data-book/certification package and coordinate with Customer/Third Party on delivery of data-book/certification package.
• Verify record/report completeness of data-book/certification package.
• Communicate internally with SBUs and external suppliers for required work performance reports.
• Coordinate with customers on data-book/certification package collection/delivery requirement.
• Maintain records of delivery transmittal, OTD performance & data-book/certification package on NOV-DMS i.e., RigOffice, Tracker etc.
• Administer other quality record & documentation requirements.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Work collectively to achieve Quality's KPI.
• Overview monitoring the calibration record & calibration status for measuring/process
instruments
• Manage access control to sensitive documents and ensure confidentiality.
• Act as the main point of contact for document control between departments, external vendors,
and clients.
• Coordinate with other business unit managers, engineers, supervisors and other stakeholders to
ensure smooth document flow.
• Update Job Distribution List to plan & achieve the documents OTD requirement.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• ITE or Diploma Graduate in engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience as Documentation Controller.
• Good communication skills, computer literacy (MS words, MS Excel, Adobe PDF etc.), Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of handling & compiling electronic documents or reports for final consolidation.
• Good knowledge in vetting various technical reports for completeness
• Ability to communicate the Business Units Lead to conform with Global documents standard & the BPA process/procedural requirement.
