Asa Sr. Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein providing high-level administrative support to our executives and seniorleaders. You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings,coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. Yourattention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential inensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the success of ourleadership team.
You will report directly to our Vice President of Human Resources and you'll work out of our Morris Plaines, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our executivesand senior leaders, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities andstrategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage calendars and schedulemeetings for executives and senior leaders
• Coordinate travel arrangements andprepare itineraries
• Handle confidential information withdiscretion and maintain confidentiality
• Prepare and edit documents,presentations, and reports
• Assist with event planning andcoordination
• Conduct research and gatherinformation as needed
• Provide general administrativesupport, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence

YOUMUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience as anadministrative assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur and SAP or similar systems
