No experience / No degreeOur client, an oil and gas operator, is hiring for an Administrative Services Consultant to join the team in Aberdeen on a contract basis.
Responsible for administrative tasks to senior leader requisitioning and invoice support to the UK Production division
Contractual status: 1-year contract
Role Summary
The consultant will be responsible for delivering administrative management support to a senior leader in Aberdeen, raising purchase requisitions and providing invoice support.
The consultant will become part of a team of administrative personnel in Aberdeen who deliver administrative tasks.
The consultant will also become part of the senior leader’s team, and help the leader with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities, tasks and activities
• Develop and deliver professional management support, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operations to senior manager
• Organize, manage, and maintain management meetings, calendars, travel administration, information management support and more
• Deliver shared services, mainly requisitions and invoice support
• Establish and maintain good interaction with stakeholders
• Share experience within local and global teams and with other relevant units and networks
