This position reports to

Cluster Lead - HR Operations MEA & SA

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to define and drive the people management strategy of the HR front office. Each day, you will be accountable for end-to-end HR operations in the respective country. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the HR operations functions in Egypt. You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring all GBS HR processes incorporate appropriate control mechanisms, including 4-eye-check / SOX checks, data protection and country legal/regulatory compliance tasks. • Continuously analyzing and optimizing operational performance across the teams, addressing issues and implementing a culture of continuous improvements. • Driving the enhancement of the customer experience journey, analyzing received customer feedback and driving actions accordingly. • Managing ongoing improvement activities such as training, knowledge transfer and regular quality checks. • Planning the development of the operations, and further refining the operating model, organizational structure, and governance model. • Contributing to planning and developing the HR Services operations strategy and roadmap and is committed to implementing the same in the respective HR front office. • Contributing to global projects by offering profound local expertise and knowledge (functional, technical) and supporting collaboration across different functions. • Exchanging constantly with different stakeholders to assess the HR proposition and the service to customers with a view to improving delivery through innovation and the implementation of industry best practice.

Qualifications for the role

  • Graduate with 10 years' experience in a related role within HR Field
  • Strong managerial experience & communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Regulations, Legal & Compliance, Data Analysis & Interpretation skills
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
