Sr Administrative Assistant
As a Senior Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in providing high-level administrative support to our Advanced Materialsbusiness unit. You will be accountable for managing calendars, coordinatingmeetings and travel arrangements, and handling sensitive information. Yourstrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskwill be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency andeffectiveness of our business operations by providing administrative support tothe guide team. You will have the opportunity to work closely withcross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Expense Reporting
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strictconfidentiality
• Assist with the coordination of special events and projects
• Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence,filing, and data entry

YOU MUST HAVE
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field
• 3+ years of administrative experience
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to maintain self-assurance and handle sensitive information with discretion
