Your role and responsibilities
- Administrative support of the LDM and local division organization. - Ensure local division office routines are running smoothly and actively develop the processes. - Organize local division meetings and coordinate team members visits and meetings, offer administrative support to visitors from global Division to ensure successful delivery of meetings, events. - Provide general administrative support local division organization, including purchase request for non-direct production materials - Prepare files and contracts for local division approval. - Help to prepare, translate and file of LDM's documents, presentations, and speeches. - Follow up on key local division projects and outstanding issues.

Qualifications for the role
- Comprehensive English literacy and communication skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading, and translating)
- Good knowledge of standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ERP (SAP)
- Good sense of marketing and internal communication
- Well-organized, good time management, multitasking, capable of working under pressure, reliable, customer oriented
- Problem solving skills and can work on own initiative
- Efficient, follows up on tasks and tracks results with high work quality
- Can-do attitude, hardworking and committed to getting tasks done timely
