Part-Time HR/Payroll Administrator


We are seeking a Part-Time HR/Payroll Administrator to assist our oil & gas operating client based in central Aberdeen with collation of payroll related information which will be passed through to their Payroll Provider. The role will be office based in their central offices 18.75 week. 3.75hrs a day 5 days a week eg mornings. Staff basis.
In addition to a good salary, the client offers car parking, flexible working, generous pension and benefits package.
Note that this role is not a payroll position per se’ but involved in collection of details around on and offshore workers, such as:
  • Worked hours
  • Pay rates/Salary
  • Overtime
  • Offshore Rotations
  • Pension information
What are we looking for?
Candidates should have a background in collating Payroll or Compensation and Benefits data particularly for an oil & gas business, which has a mixture of on & offshore staff, working rotations etc. You will ideally be seeking a part-time role and be available 5 days a week.
