Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mobilisation, onboarding, and training of staff
- Act as the main HR point of contact for project stakeholders and contractors
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HSE policies
- Monitor personnel data, HR metrics, and reporting
- Manage visa coordination with TAS agents and company representatives
- Support workforce planning and address HR-related challenges
- 6 years in HR, including 3 years in project-based or international roles
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, recruitment, and training
- Proficient in HRIS tools and reporting
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
