Reports To: Project Manager / Planning Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project planning and scheduling, with proven expertise in Primavera P6. You will play a key role in developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project data and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
• Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
• Conduct critical path analysis and resource loading.
• Support project controls and cost management teams with schedule-related data.
• Ensure compliance with project planning standards and procedures.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning input to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project planning/scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, planning methodologies, and scheduling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in [insert relevant sector: e.g., infrastructure, oil & gas, construction] is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, and other planning tools is a plus.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
