No experience / No degreeWe are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Organisational & HR Liaison Coordinator to join a major LNG project coordination team, based in Paris. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic HR operations for a large-scale, international energy project.
Project Scope: Multi-site, international operations
Key Responsibilities: Organisational Coordination
- Coordinate and maintain the project’s manpower plan in alignment with senior leadership.
- Serve as the official custodian of the organisation chart; ensure timely updates and distribution.
- Support recruitment activities by validating alignment with the approved workforce plan.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of HR data in internal systems (HR4U and local HRIS).
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR reports related to staffing and organisational planning.
- Handle administrative actions related to positions, transfers, and organisational changes.
- Act as the main HR interface with the Project Director to align HR initiatives with project needs.
- Support employee engagement and organisational culture across project teams.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices across multiple locations.
- Consolidate and monitor staffing budgets, organisational charts, and recruitment activity.
- Ensure accurate tracking of personnel data and collaborate with central HR and systems teams.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR coordination or data management.
- Strong understanding of HR information systems (HRIS/HR4U preferred).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential data in a dynamic project environment.
