Out client is looking for an Operational Admin Assistant to work on a long contract basis. The role is based at their site in Leeds or Cumbria.

About the Opportunity
  • Co-ordinate fleet data.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensure quality of data.
  • Integrate supplier systems to produce and issue reports.
  • Co-ordinate and process supplier invoices.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across organisations.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under own initiative as well as with a team.
  • Be competent in using all Microsoft office applications.
