We are looking for a Planner to join our clients Planning & Logistics department in Norwich on a minimum 12-month contract. The role involves providing short and long-term planning and delivery for work scopes, necessitating flexibility to support planning activity across various assets and adapt to operational changes.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with onshore and offshore team members, serving as a vital link to operational planning. While the position is primarily office-based, occasional visits to offshore platforms or terminals may be required.

Key Qualifications/Experience:

- Graduate/equivalent education or relevant Oil & Gas experience

- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in planning/scheduling using tools like MS Project or Primavera

- Familiarity with industry systems such as Maximo and SAP is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate planning meetings with relevant departments

- Populate plans to ensure deliverability within resource and time constraints

- Review work scope requirements and liaise with engineers, vendors, and offshore support

- Monitor activities, highlighting potential issues and communicating impacts to management

- Administer Attendance Tracking System (ATS) & Vantage for the managed area

- Update plans reflecting progress and rescheduling in alignment with business needs

- Manage hotel bookings for planned business needs

- Ensure contractor readiness aligns with PUK policy and liaise on medicals for company staff
