Global Mobility Assistant
We are looking for a Global Mobility Assistant to strengthen our team within HR. Join us in our quest to solve tomorrow’s challenges and innovate our future!

We need more colleagues in Kristiansand.

Our global mobility team needs support in managing the relocation, immigration, and personal tax compliance processes for employees moving internationally. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure compliance with immigration and tax laws as well as to ensure smooth transitions for employees and their families.
Do you have a BSc in in business administration, human resources or a related field? Are you a doer and love to put structure to your day?

You can be you, but for you to thrive and grow in this position it is advantageous to have:

  • Experience in global mobility, finance or human resources.
  • Experience with immigration processes and relocation logistics is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy is needed for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Norwegian.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Have cross-cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

In your everyday work you will:
  • Maintain accurate records of many relocation, immigration, and tax compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure employees comply with personal tax obligations in both home and host countries.
  • Assist in gathering necessary documentation for tax filings and ensure timely submission.
  • Cooperate with international HR, payroll, legal and tax teams.
  • Provide employees with information and guidance on tax implications related to their international assignments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees during the relocation process and assist in coordinating the logistics of employee relocations, including housing, transportation, and settling-in services.
  • Ensure that all relocation, immigration, and tax compliance activities comply with company global mobility policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the global mobility team.
