US|Administrative Assistant III
One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work on a hybrid 19-month assignment in their facilities in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Managing calendar and scheduling meetings for the General Manager (GM)
• Booking domestic and international travel for the GM
• Managing expense reports for the GM
• Working with other Finance Admins to help coordinate Finance Function activities

Qualifications/Skills:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Some college preferred, minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Prior experience supporting upper-level leadership
• Candidates should exhibit a pleasant, professional demeanor as they will be working with various levels of leadership (i.e., confident, respectful, works well under pressure, etc.)
