ZAWTIKA Z1E Project offshore construction period is from the third quarter of 2025 to the first quarter of 2026, the project preparation period has started. The Project including but not limited to topside, jacket and appurtenances, piled foundations, associated pipelines, PLEMs, tie-ins and brownfield modifications located in an oil field in Southeast Asia. Company is mainly responsible for offshore transportation and installation work.
Responsibility: (including but not limited to)
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the organization's needs are met.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, Client’s procurement process and organizational policies.
- Track procured items arrival schedule and progress, and ensure procured items arrive as planned schedule and requirement.
Requirement:
- Language: Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), Chinese preferred (not mandatory).
- Overall related experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry construction projects for more than ten (10) years and minimum two (2) years in Project Procurement Manager role
- Experience in EPCI of Wellhead Platforms, Associated Pipelines and Brownfield Modifications
- Well performance in pipeline procurement and supply and relevant delivery arrangement and control
