The role involves designing Career Development Planning (CDP) modules within SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on finalizing the Development Goals, Mentorship, and Competency design to align with business processes. Responsibilities include:  

- Ensuring business processes are finalized and approved.  
- Facilitating the design and build of all CDP modules in partnership with functional consultants as the primary subject matter expert.  
- Building test scenarios for functional unit testing and completing tests to verify build and configuration.  
- Collaborating with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to develop a business engagement strategy, identify change items, and implement a communication plan for stakeholders.  
- Working with the training team to develop and implement the required training for a successful go-live.  
- Ensuring all data requirements for the modules are met.  
- Supporting the testing team with the definition of System Integrated Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and testing.  
- Partnering with the project team to ensure successful implementation of modules.  
- Collaborating with the Project Manager, Business Process Lead, and HR leadership team.  
- Providing additional project support in other modules as required.  

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development, or a related field.  
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in talent development administration. 
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and CDP implementations is an asset.  
- Based in or willing to relocate to the project location, with availability to work onsite as required.  
- Industry experience (e.g., Oil and Gas or similar) is an asset.  
- Proven ability to organize work and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.  
- Initiative to improve business processes based on organizational needs.  
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.  
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a diverse group of individuals at various levels.  
- Competence in liaising with individuals across operational, functional, and technical disciplines.  
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
- Strong organizational and process management skills, with the ability to manage detailed tasks and meet deadlines.  
- Experience in talent management, including program design, competency-based assessments, user administration, data requirements, and issue resolution. 
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
