Job Description:

• Deliver services to multiple projects, supporting Service Design and IT Operational Readiness for new or changed services.
• Complete required artifacts and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth transition to Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align ITSM/ITIL practices with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance in governance forums for service design and transition.
• Support Service Design & Operational Readiness activities, ensuring timely artifact delivery.
• Adhere to IT Change Management policies.
• Offer best practice guidance in Technical Design Authority sessions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for project transition to Operations.
• Facilitate collaboration between program/project teams and operations.
• Ensure IT Operational Readiness and Support activities meet standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in capturing/modeling services in ServiceNow aligned with CSDM.
