About the Role: Step into a key leadership position with a global mining powerhouse as a Project Manager - Technical Lead. Lead the charge in our S4 HANA ERP Implementation program, working closely with talented teams in Perth, Europe and Asia to drive transformation and innovation on a global scale.  At the heart of this will be the establishment of an ERP environment that can support manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance and warehousing functions. To this end a skilled ERP Project Manager - Technical is required to support the delivery of a complex ERP migration project

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of S4 HANA ERP systems.
  
  
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  
  
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  
  
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
  
  
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  
  

About You:

• 10 years of experience in technical project management within the mining or resources sector.
  
  
• Proven track record in leading ERP implementations, particularly S4 HANA.
  
  
• Strong technical expertise in SAP modules and system integrations.
  
  
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Excellent project planning, organization, and execution skills.
  
  
• Experience in mining, energy, or green technology sectors.
