Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic input into the overall approach for scaling down, transitioning, or redeploying elements of digital infrastructure, ensuring alignment with broader business and operational priorities.
  
  
• Work alongside internal program leadership and external partners to shape and stress-test program strategy, risk management approaches, and transition planning.
  
  
• Act as a senior-level sounding board to program sponsors and executive stakeholders, offering insights drawn from experience with similar high-impact transformations.
  
  
• Support alignment between technical execution teams and business objectives, ensuring clear articulation of outcomes, risks, and dependencies.
  
  
• Help define and review key governance frameworks, milestone planning, and reporting structures.
  
  

Key Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior program management or strategic advisory capacity within complex digital transformation or decommissioning programs.
  
  
• Strong consultancy background, ideally within large enterprises or public-sector environments.
  
  
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence without direct ownership.
  
  
• Understanding of infrastructure lifecycle management, technology retirement, and associated risks.
  
  
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
