- Compliance with BiOT standards and other internal company regulations
- Organization and coordination of contractors at all stages of construction
- Verification of project documentation for compliance with requirements and standards
- Interaction with technical supervision and inspection authorities
- Preparation and review of technical specifications for tenders for general construction works
- Participation in controlling the delivery and acceptance of construction materials and equipment
- Quality control of work performance and adherence to technical conditions
- Technical supervision of the installation and commissioning of construction structures
- Coordination and implementation of safety measures on the construction site
- Participation in solving technical issues and correcting project solutions
- Provision of reports on performed work, if necessary
- Compliance with BiOT standards and other internal company regulations
- Execution of other tasks assigned by upper management
- Main legislative acts and internal documents guiding the employee
- In-depth understanding of methods for executing projects, design, construction, commissioning, and completion of works
- Knowledge of regulatory documentation (SNiP, GOST) and standards applied in construction
- Experience in applying safety standards, including BiOT and PB requirements on construction sites
- Knowledge of the basics of project engineering and construction project management
- Understanding of the processes for organizing the supply of construction materials and equipment
- Skills in working with project and cost estimation documentation and calculating work volumes
- Knowledge of the basic principles of organizing investment activities in industrial construction
- Knowledge of the organization, planning, and economics of design, supply, and construction
- Proven knowledge and skills in project management, construction/modernization of industrial facilities, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Innovation and proficiency in using software tools such as MS Office, MS Project, Document Control System, Technical Document Management Systems, AutoCAD, and specialized construction management programs
- Proficiency in state, Russian, and English languages
- Strategic thinking and vision
- Ability to quickly acquire and apply new technical knowledge
