Job Title: RBI Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) Engineer with extensive experience in refinery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing risk-based inspection programs to ensure the integrity and reliability of refinery equipment and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) programs for refinery equipment and systems.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify critical equipment and prioritize inspection activities.
- Analyze inspection data to determine equipment condition and predict potential failures.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and execute inspection plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for RBI.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and guidance on RBI methodologies and best practices.
- Train and mentor junior staff on RBI principles and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk-based inspection within a refinery setting.
- Strong knowledge of RBI methodologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using RBI software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in relevant RBI standards (e.g., API 580/581) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with advanced inspection techniques and technologies.
