Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Welding Specialist with extensive experience in refinery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing welding activities, ensuring the quality and integrity of welded structures and components within the refinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise welding activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement welding procedures and protocols.
• Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address welding-related issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of welding activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Provide technical support and guidance on welding techniques and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior welders on proper welding procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
