Job Title: NDT Level III Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced NDT Level III Specialist with a strong background in refinery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing non-destructive testing (NDT) activities to ensure the integrity and safety of refinery equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NDT procedures and techniques in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and conduct NDT inspections using various methods such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
• Analyze and interpret NDT results to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during all NDT activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to NDT Level I and II technicians.
• Maintain detailed records of NDT inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports on NDT activities and inspection results to management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on NDT techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-destructive testing within a refinery setting.
• Certification as an NDT Level III in accordance with ASNT, ISO 9712, or equivalent standards.
• Strong knowledge of NDT methods, equipment, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with advanced NDT techniques such as phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) or time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD).
