- Establish and maintain safe working routines during construction and commissioning phases to uphold the project's zero-incident objectives.
- Review and develop procedures for electrical apparatus installation and commissioning.
- Oversee and document commissioning boundaries to support efficient scheduling.
- Lead commissioning activities to ensure safe and effective execution of electrical systems.
- Facilitate personnel training and development within the commissioning organization.
- Perform Mechanical Completion (MC) verification to achieve Ready for Commissioning status and ensure smooth package transfers.
- Address and resolve field punch list items and ensure proper documentation updates, including as-built records.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to construction and commissioning and implement mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and verify commissioning procedures and ensure team comprehension.
- Oversee commissioning-related provisions in the design phase and participate in relevant engineering and construction meetings.
- Lead commissioning activities and ensure the handover process, including issuing Ready for Operation Certificates (RFOC).
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in oil and gas projects and governing documentation.
- Familiarity with commissioning processes, standards, and requirements.
- Competence in managing relationships with contractors and operational teams.
