We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a major industrial project based in Sweden. The role involves leading on-site electrical construction activities for a period of no less than two years.
 
Role Responsibilities
 
The Electrical Construction Manager will oversee all site-related electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards from the construction phase to pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
 

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise electrical construction activities on-site.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, project regulations, and safety standards.
• Formulate and implement action plans based on project schedules and costs.
• Collaborate with engineering offices to align designs with on-site execution.
• Lead and oversee a team of supervisors, providing direction and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, meet milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Enforce quality control measures, safety procedures, and environmental standards.

 
Scope of Work:
 

• Manage comprehensive work packages, including engineering, procurement, supply, erection, and commissioning.
• Mobilise and coordinate the necessary site teams to ensure all construction activities are effectively executed and managed.
