As a HSE professional, your core responsibility is to make sure the safety and environmental excellence within our Offshore Wind projects are being followed.

Function description

• Ensure that safety policies, objectives, procedures, and plans are effectively communicated and adhered to by all project members and subcontractors.
• Report on the safety performance of the project to management, addressing audit and inspection points, and taking measures to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with other colleagues and departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position involving Offshore Wind, Shipyards or Shipbuilding.
• Relevant education in (mechanical) engineering is a plus but not mandatory.
• GWO certification.
• Proficiency in English.

Because of the project locations, EU citizenship is required.
