Location of workforce managed: Retail Stations, Consumer Sites, Warehouse & Head Office.

Specific factors per year:

1. Additional New Service Stations for Maintenance: 10 sites/year.
2. Existing Service Stations for Maintenance: 50 stations
3. 1 HQ & 2 Storage Warehouses.
4. Additional New Consumer Site: 10 to 15 sites/year
5. Solarization Project from Design, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance.
6. Improvement project for existing stations.
7. Preventive Maintenance and Spot project contract.
8. Analyse and Work with other maintenance engineers to record monthly Opex expend.
9. Other special projects may be assigned from time to time.

Activities

• Manage the preventive and curative Maintenance / Emergency Break Downs and small project works for all Service Stations and Consumer Sites. Ensures compliance to TotalEnergies Standards, Procedures and local Regulations in an efficient and cost-effective way.
• Take into account the responsibility of Health, Safety and Environment (HSEQ), HSE inspection, reporting and following up including the action plan has to be planned systematically. Also coordinate with outside people, authorities, government to enhance Technical and HSE program correspondent to the law requirement.
• Responsible to guide the Constructor/Dealer and Supervise/follow-up the work to ensure HSEQ & Invariants are complied.
• Ensures and implements the (HSEQ) Guidelines and Procedures as well as the Retail Technical Standards in proper manner.
• Coordination between Internal Departments (Retail, Consumer, Purchasing, Finance, Admin) and External (Officials, Contractors, Dealers, Engineering Companies, Consultants, etc.) related to maintenance works, regulatory controls, contract renewal... etc
• Attend-able any critical spillage, accident or HIPO event happen within his/her area.
• Main Deliveries of the Job Holder are Maintenance KPI such as HSEQ, Contract, Budget Follow up, Respond time, Less breakdown time, Customer satisfaction, Invariants, Regulatory control, preventive maintenance plan for critical equipment, signage cleaning ... etc
• Ensures proper Documentation of Maintenance works and use of Daisy System.
• Checking and verify cost of Maintenance Service and Spare Part following rated in contract.
• Tracking and analysis of request from station and create scope of work in minimization cost.
• Ensure monthly invoice are properly closed and corrected before cut date from finance.
• Manage asset in warehouse for asset movement, dispose, write-off and capitalization.
• Support CA team to count and tag existing/new asset.
• Summary and record monthly Opex expense by category of contractors and stations for every month.
• Solar System Design, installation, monitor and tracking solar production in every month. And ensure to comply with new regulation from EAC.
• Tracking and follow up contractors to follow preventive maintenance schedule.
• Ensure all schedule in maintenance contract are well on track and properly update by actual date.
• Make sure contractors apply maintenance contracts rate for monthly invoicing.
• Properly planning to replace too old asset to avoid overspending on maintenance.
• Spot check all contractors perform work at stations.
• Technical visit all stations under control to ensure HSEQ & Invariants are comply as well as brand new signage.
• Manage and control maintenance at Head Office.
• Manage new technology solution in other to support business.
• Ensure all dispensers operation at stations follow and apply NMC regulation such dispenser registration, dispenser calibration/verification and dispenser flow rate.
• Ensure all dispensers operation of COCO and CODO still valid for Dispenser registration certificate and other new certificate assigned by N+1 such as: Business license for Fuel stations.
• PM Contract management (New/Renew/Extension etc...).
• Ensure PR-PO-SCN-GRN are updated in SharePoint folder.
• Involve and contribute ideas in safety-plus, innovation challenges, CSR and other company event.
• Do other critical/special project assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Certificate of Electrical Engineering Degree at Least 3 Experiences.
• Experience on Solar System Design and Installation.
• Good knowledge about petroleum industry, technical equipment, safety requirement and Project Management.
• Good Written and Oral English Communication Skills & in MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project.
• Valid Driving License.
