JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate routers, bill of materials, and build process drawings for the manufacturing process.
• Create disposition plan as per received NCR.
• Create ECR to reduce the cost of the product and corrections of drawings and BOM.
• Create a quote as per request and involve the responsible department to optimize the price and BOM.
• Developer tools and processes to improve workflow.
• Streamline processes and material flow to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Contribute to cost reduction efforts internally by actively seeking and implementing opportunities to reduce cost.
• Assist with determining supplier capabilities.
• Provide technical support to the assembly shop as needed.
• Stay abreast of changes in technology that will improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Create leaner, more efficient, and more profitable business practices.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide quality management system information to support all Arabian Rig Manufacturing departments.

Education/Qualifications:

• Graduate of a recognized university or technology institute with a bachelor's degree or Diploma (4 years regular) or equivalent.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years work experience in Manufacturing engineer or CNC programmer.

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Oracle, SolidWorks or analogic.
• Excellent Written and Oral Communications, Fluent English
• Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Creating BOM and routing card, knowing calculate labours.

Quality Assurance

Carry out all duties in accordance with the QMS procedures and Work Instructions.



Contribute to general improvements in the quality and key activities of the department/area.

Training Participate in training where required. Health, Safety and Environment

Carry out all duties safely and in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy, Employee Handbook, procedures, training, and instructions.



To be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative.
