As an NPI Senior Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for our products in SME Water and at our EMS (suppliers) across the EMEA region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and drive continuous improvement in the NPI process. You will report directly to our Director AME EMEA and you'll work out of our Slovakia location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our product launches and the overall efficiency of our NPI process as well as capacity increase and development of our suppliers. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure that products are developed and launched on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for our products in EMEA region

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

• Drive continuous improvement in the NPI process to increase efficiency and quality

• Analyze sites and suppliers' capacity and drive improvement strategies to support growth

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

Salary :

Monthly gross salary from 3500€, final salary offer depends on your experience and requirements.
