- Prepare project execution strategies and terms of reference for major Offshore and Onshore infrastructure projects and execute the project from initiation to handover to operations.
- Oversee the work of Contractors and third-party representatives in project planning and execution.
- Ensure that assigned projects are carried out on schedule and within budget in accordance with HSE and Quality policies. Interface with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful closure of project including any variations to scope.
- Prepare budget estimates, financial reports, and progress and status reports for assigned projects.
- Any support required to Management for PMO/KPI/Board reporting for Project status.
- Working with All stakeholders for Field Development Plan.
Job Responsibilities
- To work as Performing Authority signatory as per approved PTW Standard in assigned work area. Participate in the installation, commissioning and start-up of static and rotating mechanical equipment, systems and components.
- Provide technical and operations input during site acceptance testing, commissioning, start-up of new mechanical equipment installations.
- Develop maintenance standard work instruction for the different equipment and follow up the proper implementation and use by his team and Peers.
- Work in close collaboration with the planning team for the maintenance schedule implementation and effective execution of the work.
- Ensure and be responsible for the accurate labor reporting of his team and all resources used to complete a work on the dedicated workorder.
- Support maintenance superintendent on the Implementation of the maintenance management strategy and validate, feedback on efficiency.
- Support and drive the CI culture.
- Participate and drive the lean culture, project innovation and new idea and technology for equipment reliability improvement.
- Follow up with the maintenance management system, its effective use, data accuracy and reporting using the CMMS for all equipment in operation by the company. Ensure the repair and maintenance data are accurately reported by his team on the CMMS workorder Logs including actual labor hours.
- Develop and implement the maintenance plan and preventive maintenance schedules using the CMMS for all owned equipment by DO.
- Maintain Equipment inventory in CMMS up to date.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience with Project Management skills relevant to offshore and/or onshore oil and gas project execution.
- High level of financial control knowledge.
