Job Summary:

Join our team as a Principal Engineer who would involve in FPSO/FLNG technical/application support to the sales channel, focusing specifically on FPSO/FLNG applications. This support can take the form of sizing/selection of products for large projects or competitive displacements, troubleshooting issues with valves in the field, or providing training for the AP sales channel and customers. A FPSO/FLNG Sales Engineer also serves as an internal source of expertise, helping to mentor, train, and develop industry sales engineers, and provide input into the development of new technologies and tools that will grow the FPSO/FLNG business

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide advanced technical control valve and actuator sizing support, interacting with internal and external sales, and product engineering to identify the right solution.
• Provide troubleshooting support for field service requests, working across departments to provide technical solutions.
• Provide training to the sales channel on FPSO/FLNG topics and technology
• Engage directly with customers to provide tailored support, training on FPSO applications and technology, and give insight for project specifications.
• Serve as a primary internal contact for FPSO/FLNG technical expertise in global sales pursuits.
• Help to develop and drive FPSO/FLNG penetration programs and growth initiatives.
• Engage with engineering, marketing, and research groups to provide insight and input into technology development, documentation, and testing.
• Develops & leads programs to enhance the overall organizations knowledge and understanding in expertise.
• Establishes technical program goals and defines plans and targets.
• Produces and publishes updated training content and leads training sessions for experienced and external stakeholders.
• Is a key in helping to upskill and educate others to build up the overall knowledge base of the engineering center and takes an active role within the organization to develop future technical leaders.
• Capable of conducting technical interviews as a part of hiring process for experienced.

For This Role, You Will Need:

RED BELT Certified with minimum 12 years of experience.

Knowledge of the operating principles and appropriate application of Fisher FPSO/FLNG products.

Understanding of control valve engineering and sizing principles.

Ability to manage priorities, think critically, and find solutions to complex problems.

Effective oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.

Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to pitch the solution for applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ready to take up any new challenges.
• Experience in Handling large projects and Inhouse engineering experience.
