Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects. The work model for the role is: #onsite . This position will be based on our customer site. This role is contributing to the Robotics business in Vietnam. Main stakeholders are will be our customer and project/site management team. The total vacants: 1. 01 Process & Automation Engineer: Bac Giang 2. 01 Process & Automation Engineer: Nam Dinh 3. 01 PLC & Electrical Engineer: Nam Dinh You will be mainly accountable for: 01. Process & Automation Engineer From Design to Inspection & Testing phase - Participate in project process risk assessment - Define communication protocol and robot IO definition with PC engineer/electrical engineer/Vision engineer. - Robot program preparation - Participate in equipment installation and quality audit. - Key process validation test and compile test report - Participate in FAT debugging & acceptance, documented all problems and rectification items during FAT. On customer site - Responsible for making commissioning plan and outsourcing resource requirements (for mechanical process and robot related parts). - Responsible for debugging & troubleshooting (for mechanical process and robot related parts): Prepare Failure Analysis (FA) reports; Manage the Punch list and follow up on problem solving progress; Prepare debugging Standard of Operation (SOP). - Optimize robot program, write robot program alarm code description. - Analysis machine Cycle time, CPK and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). - Outsourcing manpower interview and training (for mechanical process and robot related parts). - Cooperate with customers to do DOE and DOE test result analysis. - Make equipment maintenance inspection and maintenance plan. - Training the machine operation for manufacturing operator. - Attend customer meetings as required (on demand, with end-user or CM). 02. PLC & Electrical Engineer - Define communication protocol PC engineer/Robot engineer/Vision engineer. - Participate in equipment installation, wiring and other quality audit. - Participate in validation test, FAT debugging & acceptance. - Responsible for troubleshooting & resolving all electrical issues on site. - Responsible for maintaining the stability of the machines on site. - Responsible for FA of on-site electrical problems and reply to customers; Prepare debugging Standard of Operation (SOP). - Cooperate with colleagues in other departments to maintain stable production of on-site machines - Responsible for managing on-site OSS, assigning work to any, OSS skills assessment.

Qualifications for the role

• 01. Process & Automation Engineer
• Bachelor's degree or above, in related fields such as mechanical, mechatronics, automation
• Over 3 years of experience in the application of integrated projects in the electronics industry automation production line, with rich experience in machine process, mechanical/robot debugging.
• Familiar with the standards of major international and domestic OEMs or CMs (such as Apple, Sam-sung, LG, etc.)
• Proficient in the configuration, online/offline programming, and robot simulation (RobotStudio simulation) of ABB industrial robots, familiar with ABB industrial robots.
• Proficient in 3D Design software such as AutoCAD, Solidwork, Inventor, NX, Catia, ... Extensive knowledge of automation machine design and machining technology
• Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for technical communication and document writing. Basic Chinese language skills is required
• Proactive, diligent, and serious in work, able to withstand work pressure, adapt to business trips and working full-time in production line
• High sense of responsibility, self-management ability, problem-solving ability, willingness to take responsibility, and good team spirit.
• 02. PLC & Electrical Engineer
• Bachelor's degree or above, in related fields such as mechatronics, electrical, control engineering & automation
• Over 3 years of experience in the application of integrated projects in the electronics industry automation production line, with rich experience in electrical & control.
• Familiar with the standards of major international and domestic OEMs or CMs (such as Apple, Sam-sung, LG, etc.)
• Proficient in PLC programming (mainly Siemens), electrical circuit diagram design. Has knowledge of Delta PLC, Beckhoff PLC, ABB Robot, Inverter is an advantage
• Understand HMI, understand database basics, understand C# basics
• Familiar with multi-brand motor control and communication protocols
• Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for technical communication and document writing.
• Proactive, diligent, and serious in work, able to withstand work pressure, adapt to business trips and working full-time in production line
• High sense of responsibility, self-management ability, problem-solving ability, willingness to take responsibility, and good team spirit.
