This position reports to
Local Division Manager - IAMP
Your role and responsibilities
A. Service Delivery 1. Perform on-site service activities like: 2. Service jobs 3. Installation and Commissioning 4. Routine maintenance work 5. On-site troubleshooting, analyzing, and rectifying of technical problems. 6.Perform technical support, identify, and analyze technical problems through remote, when in-office. B. Customer Approach 1. Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. 2. Maintain a good relationship with customers. 3. Identify new service sales opportunities and follow up. 4. Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing support according to customer order and expectation. C. Materials and Supply - Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service/maintenance activities. D. Documentation and Reports 1. Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. 2. Reporting work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed. 3. Ensure that documentation and software is updated and stored according to guidelines E. Troubleshooting 1. Troubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. 2. Operational excellence 3. Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service. F. Communication 1. Towards the Customer 2. Towards the Project Manager 3. Towards the Service organization 4. Towards the Sub-suppliers 5. Towards the Line organization and Management G. Challenges 1. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers 2. Cope up with high demand for service within the time frame for Marine operations 3. Identify new Service business opportunities for ABB 4. Willingness to travel (up to 40%) and work outside office timing as and when required.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge, Skill and Experience
- Min. 5+ years of relevant in Drilling system experience
- Good knowledge & hands on experience on Electrical propulsion, Energy storage, Hybrid propulsion, Drilling systems, Drives, motors and Integrated automation system
- Motivated and energetic with structured approach
- Positive attitude, solution oriented & work without supervision
- * Fluent in Arabic and in English
