Job Purpose

• planning and scheduling based on prioritization and yearly integrity planning
• Support Asset Integrity Department to ensure efficient scheduling and execution of Integrity, Turnaround and Maintenance activities.
• To update Field Inspection Data & maintain Vail Plant Software Data base up to date
• To maintain data base of Safety Critical Equipment's and Monitor Execution of Periodic Maintenance Schedules.
• To Keep Track of the new equipment's and relocation of Equipment's within & outside facilities
• To Co-ordinate with Maintenance & Operations department on Physical Tagging of Equipment's.
• To maintain and update inspection data of Asset Integrity department in Vail Plant Software
• To Support Integrity department related Work Request and Work Order Creation in SAP software
• To coordinate with Integrity Contractor regarding project planning and schedule and integrate contractor's planning into overall integrity planning and monitor work status
• To Co-Ordinate with Vendor on VAIL PLANT related Projects

Job Responsibilities

• Support Asset Integrity Department to ensure efficient scheduling and execution of Inspection and Coordinate with Maintenance team on Maintenance Activities through SAP/VAIL Plant and Integrity's Contractors.
• Generate plan and schedule inspection activities of Integrity department using Vail Plant and SAP Software.
• Provide weekly, monthly look ahead planning and scheduling based on prioritization and annual integrity planning
• Provide optimized planning and scheduling including resource identification and arrangement within field integrity team and liaise with other department's field planning engineer
• Coordinate with Integrity Contractor regarding their project planning and schedule and integrate contractor's planning into overall integrity planning and monitor work status
• Support Asset Integrity Department to maintain and update baseline database for PEMS, PIMS, SIMS & EIRMS.
• Feed, update, manage & maintain inspection data for Pressurized Equipment, Structures, Pipeline, Valves, Electrical, Instrumentation and Rotating Equipment's in Vail Plant Software and SAP Systems.
• To Keep Track of the new equipment's and relocation of Equipment's on regular basis to keep the Vail Plant, SAP data base and P&ID's updated.
• Consolidating the physical verification data of actual equipment installed in the field and Keep the equipment master data in SAP and Vail Plant Software updated accordingly.
