Are you an experienced Cathodic Protection Engineer looking for your next challenge? Look no further! Join our team as a Contract EXPERIENCED CATHODIC PROTECTION ENGINEER and work on exciting projects in Paris, France for the next 12 months.

Role Overview

• Oversee the Proposal phases and FEED/EPC Projects within the Material Engineering Department (MAE).
• Review and analyze Contract documents, provide clarifications to clients, and ensure qualifications are met.
• Write conceptual design cathodic protection philosophy and evaluate required material quantity.
• Produce Cathodic Protection ENG documents such as design philosophy, material specifications, design calculation notes, and material requisitions.
• Participate in technical bid analysis of material suppliers and inspection, while coordinating with CP specialized draftsmen.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in the follow-up of construction, precom, and commissioning activities with dedicated teams.
• Design cathodic protection systems using sacrificial anodes and impressed current, acquired through onshore and offshore major projects.
• Communicate effectively with other disciplines, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure autonomy, rigor, dynamism, taste for teamwork, and ease in communication are maintained throughout the project.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Expertise in Cathodic Protection.
• Experience in writing proposals.
• Optional requirement: Knowledge of Cathodic Protection Design, Material Specification, Design Calculation Notes, Precom/Com Procedures, Reports, Technical Bid Analysis, Construction Follow-Up, and Commissioning Follow-Up.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cathodic Protection.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Master's degree in Technical Sciences with a specialization in cathodic protection.

Education & Experience

• Master's degree in Technical Sciences with a specialization in cathodic protection preferred.
• Certifications in Cathodic Protection Design or relevant field advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cathodic Protection.
