As a Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical assistance and service to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our building automation systems, contributing to the safety, energy efficiency, and productivity of our customers' facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, maintain, and repair building automation systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Conduct system inspections and performance tests
• Work with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Provide training and assistance to customers on system operation and maintenance
YOU MUST HAVE
• Some experience in field service or a related technical role
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid Driver's License<

MUST HAVE
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances (background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit checks)
WE VALUE
- Experience in air conditioning, construction, mechanical, IT networking, electrical and/or wiring.
- 2+ years of experience commissioning, troubleshooting or installing Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.
- Knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems, HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniquES
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology and/or air conditioning
