JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS LLP) is currently recruiting for Discipline Engineers/Designers (all levels) with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry to join our Operations business on a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule to be based in Atyrau/Almaty/Aktau/Astana, Kazakhstan (for KZ and CIS nationals) - Expression of Interest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Engineer/Designer
• Electrical Engineer/Designer
• Instrumentation Engineer/Designer
• Telecommunication Network / Security and Fire Alarm Engineer/Designer
• Water Supply and Disposal Engineer/Designer
• Plot Plan Development Engineer/Designer
• CSA Engineer/Designer
• HVAC Engineer/Designer
• Specialist on Engineering Measures for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations (Develop and design sections of Engineering and Technical Measures for Civil Defense and Emergencies. Conduct analysis and necessary calculations of potential risks and threats to the organization)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in developing design documentation in accordance with regulatory documents
• Experience on projects within EPC contract (Engineering, Supply and Construction)
• AutoCAD, MS Office
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team and independently
• Working with an engineering schedule
• Skills in working with calculation software would be an advantage
• To provide technical expertise
