The aim of thisposition: Generate and research on new technologies in electronic materials andfurther develop new products
Job description:
Identify and research on new technologies in electronicmaterials, thermal management, electronic packaging, display, etc. to supportthe growth opportunities.
Participates in customer engagements to understand andanalyze market needs. Generate and execute the proof-of-concept plans to quickverify technical feasibility.
Design and conduct lab experiments to formulate new products.Lead the necessary internal and external communications to build technologyplatform for new product exploration.
Collect information of competitors, end users andindustries, monitor technology trends and make analysis/proposals forcounteraction.
Work with global / local commercial and production team on productdevelopment and customer support activities
Cross-functions communications on projects
Qualifications:
Master degree or above in electronicsmaterials, electronics, polymer, materials, chemistry, or related.
Minimum 3 years of experience in new material research anddevelopment, experience in electronics or semiconductor industry would be preferred.
Strong academic background in electronics materials, polymermaterials, nano materials, thermal management materials, etc. Rich knowledge incomposite material design, synthesis, processing, and testing methodologies.
Innovative in problem solving, open minded and quicklearning. Enthusiastic for complex technical challenges.
Systematic planning, execution and experimental skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent oral English as a working language
