About the Job
As a Senior Instrument Engineer at T.EN, you will be responsible for all instrument components (valves, transmitters, and gauges) and systems (BPCS, SIS, etc) from a technical perspective. Assigned as Discipline Lead, you will oversee all organizational aspects of a project. You will occasionally handle proposals, prepare hardware and manhours budgets, and engage in discussions with clients. You will work on our Energy Transition related project and on our traditional product lines.
As a Discipline Lead you will handle all day to day coordination on our EPC projects. This includes client interactions, aligning with all other disciplines, and monitoring and supporting the instrument project team. You will participate in P&ID review meetings, HAZOP / SIL and Model reviews. You will also do quality checks on documents delivered by your team.
For the work as instrument engineer, you will execute calculations for flow instruments, control valves, and pressure relief valves, prepare specifications, data sheets, and requisition packages, evaluate vendor bids, and check vendor prints. Additionally, you will assist in inspections and provide site assistance during construction and commissioning.

About You
- As a Senior Instrument Engineer, you'll need a Bachelors or Masters degree in Instrumentation, Process Control, Electrical and Electronics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to delegate and control tasks effectively.
- Focus on quality and HSE.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
