You'll join the HV Transmission team, where safety is always the top priority, and compliance with Taiwanese regulations is essential. Our team values mutual support, open-mindedness, and the sharing of experiences to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency.
In this role, you will:

• Develop the wind farm transmission asset strategy for the Wind Farm and future Taiwanese assets, following our asset management policy.
• Plan, manage, and prepare the electrical work related to the wind farm transmission asset, including HV and LV components in the onshore and offshore power system.
• Perform power system operations and maintenance.
• Investigate on-site faults and report them to the control engineer.
• Promote a strong, positive electrical QHSE culture.
• Ensure safe switching and operation of plant and equipment according to our electrical safety rules.

To excel, you should:

• Have an analytical mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
• Be willing to live and work on a service operation vessel (SOV) in shifts and meet Global Wind Organization (GWO) medical requirements for offshore and onshore work.
• Possess extensive knowledge of UHV and HV transmission networks and power systems, with a degree in electrical engineering and significant experience in UHV and HV operation and maintenance management.
• Be capable of achieving excellent results through teamwork and developing good relationships with colleagues and external partners.
• Need to take offshore shift. 
• Be fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Local Taiwanese prefer
