Service Team Lead
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support your unit in achieving the set production targets. Each day, you will perform workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing in adherence to the relevant systems and processes. You will also showcase your expertise by executing work as per first-time right approach and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Traction Division in Nelamangala, Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. • Segregation of field return components, Electronic Cards and Power Modules of rolling stock product. • Responsible for Testing of all kinds of Electronics cards and Refurbished PEBB modules. • Apply expertise to understanding the converter as well as improvement proposed to related quality improvement for product. • Preparation data statics as on the basis field failure cards and power module. • Identifying the repeated failures and co-ordinate with techanical back end service team for permanent solutions. • Consolidation of Quality issues and sharing with respective stake holder and define action plan to implementation in field. • Prepares material lists needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities

Qualifications for the role
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering OR E&E (Electrical Engineering) completed by recognised University and good understanding of electrical components & Schematic.
- 3-5 years of experience Testing of all kinds of Electronics cards, refurbishment of power module of rolling stock Equipment's, fault finding.
- Expertise in testing of semiconductor components.
- A Well-structured approach to problem solving and ability to learn fast
- Ability to work effectively in close collaboration with team member
- Willingness to perform commissioning tasks at sites (approx. 10% of working hours)
