Goals and deliverables

• Mapping of existing processes by branch of the company and by purchasing categories
• Implementation of a dedicated governance within the framework of the mission
• Project monitoring via a Kanban board and regular review with the employees involved
• Presentation of existing processes in visual form, identification of discrepancies or points to be clarified and preparation of presentation materials for management to validate the target and ensure convergence.
• Drafting of a purchasing quality manual for integration into the company repository (guide and manual for TotalEnergies Global Procurement) for the processes to be documented, updating of existing guides with visual aids to facilitate the reading of the processes.
• B.: a particular emphasis must be placed on the formalization medium to make it as accessible and legible as possible
